Our Ipswich based, multi-channel contact centre boasts an impressive client list of high profile businesses. We are seeking Telecoms Customer Advisors to be first line support within our busy contact centre. You will be assisting with diagnostic checks which include how to check internal equipment, logging into a variety of portals where we have the ability to run line tests, log faults and provide updates to a range of clients.
Telecoms or technical background would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided. The role requires excellent people skills (supplied by you) and an ability to learn quickly (training provided by us). As a 24/7 Contact Centre, we have full and part time hours available for evenings and weekends .
We are situated on the Ransome’s Europark, we have a bus stop right outside the building and a huge car park providing free parking. Other benefits include free fruit, free tea and coffee and a great working environment.
