Olympic Torch Comes To Ansaback Call Centre

Ansaback 24/7 contact centre were fortunate enough to have one of the official Olympic Torchbearers come to their call centre along with her Olympic Torch.
Mary Hills, who ran the Southend part of the relay, is now travelling around Suffolk with Cancer Campaign in Suffolk (CCIS) to raise money to help cancer patients and carers get access to high quality information and support. CCIS is the only cancer charity in Suffolk where all of the funds raised are used to directly benefit people across the whole of Suffolk. Mary came in and posed for photos and passed around the torch to let the staff have pictures taken with it and also discussed her experience when she was able to run part of the relay. Ansaback staff had the opportunity to pay £5 and have their picture taken holding the torch, lots of staff participated and over £300 was raised for this charity, which is a brilliant result for such a good cause.
