That’s why, every month Ansaback team leaders nominate the best performing call handling agents for the ‘Call Centre Agent of the Month Award’.
Many factors help us judge the winners of this award such as the overall quality of their telephone answering skills, best adherence to schedule and generally their attitude to going above and beyond the call of duty. The reward gives our agents well deserved recognition for their work at Ansaback and the cash incentive given to them shows our extreme gratitude.
