As Investors in People Ansaback are extremely focused on staff development and giving employees the opportunity to progress their careers within our business.
Ansaback 24/7 contact centre embarked on a new initiative to offer modern apprenticeships to employees. Apprenticeships form part of a work based learning scheme that is designed to help businesses stay competitive by developing skilled employees. The qualification is achieved through completing an NVQ in addition to key skills and technical certificate examinations. The Ansaback course focused on customer service and was run in conjunction with Crown College, an experienced provider of this type of training.
Within the call centre industry outstanding customer service is critical and forms a fundamental part of every employee’s role. We are therefore delighted to announce that nine employees have successfully completed this course and have been awarded with the NVQ in Customer Service.
Those employees (as pictured below) are: Racheal Wicko, Sarah Watson, Racheal Novak, Jade Fitzpatrick, Leanne Balls, Natalie Branch, Luke Singh, Coral Amey and Nicola Merry. A big well done to them!
