After the success of last years modern apprenticeship programme, Ansaback have put forward 8 more employees onto a government funded NVQ scheme. A mixture of Ansabacks 24/7 call handling agents and back office staff have enrolled in Customer Service NVQ’s at both level 2 and 3.
The Customer Service NVQ has two mandatory units with the rest of the modules chosen by the applicant. This means that each person can chose the modules they feel would suit them best, giving each of them the ability to either learn new skills or expand on the skills the currently have.
As Investors in People Ansaback are extremely happy for call handling agents and back office staff to take part in the course and always like to see employees further their abilities.
