Call Centre Agents of the month – January 2011

Every month at Ansaback we reward our hard working staff with ‘Call Centre Agent of the Month Awards’. This reward is intended to reward out staff for all of the continuous commitment and hard work they show the company.

This month, the award has been presented to those agents who, throughout the course of 2010, have not had any absence periods away from the call centre. This is our way to say thank you to these employees for their 100% contribution during the previous year. Any absent shift time puts a huge strain on the rest of our call centre agents, and a high level of absenteeism can really impact our business and the service we provide to our clients.
