We are pleased to announce the appointment of our latest member of the Customer Experience Team.
Sarah Randall joined Ansaback on August 30th, 2016 as a Customer Experience (CX) Manager. Sarah worked with the company several years ago, both as a Customer Care Advisor and a Trainer, so we were delighted when the opportunity arose to work with her again.
Sarah has had a varied career, ranging from Systems Analyst in the RAF to Red Cross volunteer, giving her a fantastic grounding and enabling her to adapt to different work situations with ease. Most recently, Sarah has worked for CAPITA, which will be invaluable as she launches into the fast-paced world of CX Management! Since leaving Ansaback seven years ago, Sarah also undertook a degree in Psychology and Sociology and passed an HR qualification. All these valuable skills will be put to excellent use as she settles into her new job and establishes new relationships with her clients.
The role of CX manager is to liaise with Ansaback clients to ensure they receive the best service possible from the customer interactions entrusted to us. By understanding her client’s needs, Sarah will be able to make sure that they are utilising and optimising the full range of services available within Ansaback. This aspect of the job is what excites Sarah the most. ‘I’m looking forward to interacting with all my clients, understanding their business requirements and troubleshooting and improving process and skills, to make sure they are happy customers.’
Speaking on the current climate within the customer service industry, Sarah said ‘With new ways of reaching company’s customer services being used by the public, it is an exciting time to be joining the CX team. It’s so important that we keep ahead of demand by offering multi and omnichannel services to our customers and ensuring that our Customer Care Advisors have the skills to engage well across all the different types of customer interactions.’
Sarah is a mum to three teenagers and enjoys crafts and baking in her spare time; we’ve already been lucky enough to sample several of her cakes in the office! She’ll take her tea white with two sugars and a Hobnob if there is one going.
Welcome to the team Sarah, we look forward to working with you.
