Kerry joined the CX team at the beginning of the month, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge from her previous roles as Trading and Services Department Manager for Sainsbury’s and Front End Services Manager for Marriot.

What drew you to work in customer communications?

The role is very Customer Service based, which is my area of expertise. I was also delighted with how warm and welcoming the Ansaback team was and how the employees are treated. This is a new challenge to get my teeth into!

How will your previous experiences help you in this role?

Having over 20 years’ experience working in Customer Services, both locally and overseas, has taught me to deal with both positive and challenging situations.

What do you get up to out of work?

I like reading, listening to music and going to the gym when I can fit it in. I love spending time with my family and friends. I’m also a bit of a side-line mum when watching my Son play football!

Perfect brew?

Tea, just in the middle with no sugar 🙂

Ideal tea break snack?

Oooo tough call!! I love chocolate, trying to give it up and it’s not working. Twirl or Cadburys Whole Nut.
