Getting Into The Christmas Spirit

After last week’s not so ‘Christmassy’ post we thought we would brighten the mood by showing you exactly how Ansaback’s 24/7 call centre get in the Christmas Spirit.

Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without a tree, tinsel and a mass of baubles and this year is no exception! Sharon Ball, our Operations Director likes to decorate the entire call centre to give it that special Christmas touch. A Christmas raffle is a tradition here with prizes such as DVD players, Flat Screen TV’s, Christmas Hamper and an E-Reader are all up for grabs amongst other goodies for call centre staff as well as back office staff. Tickets have been on sale for a month or so with all money raised going to our Chosen Charity- The Woolverstone Wish Foundation.

As many companies are winding down for the Christmas holiday, Ansaback is in fact getting ready for one of our busiest times. It is important for our clients that they have the calls answered over the holiday season and this is where we step in. Through our 135 seat call centre, we will be taking messages, placing orders and providing important call out services to many companies across the nation to whom it is important to offer 24/7 365 service.
