Stuart was one of the first on the scene when IPPlus (UK) Ltd operated out of offices at Kesgrave Hall. He worked in the building alone on a plastic patio table and chairs!

Stuart was the CFO for IPPlus (UK) Ltd for 16 years and, following the recent acquisition, is now running the finances for the whole Direct Response Group. He has a Finance team which is rapidly expanding as they take on more and more responsibilities.

Stuart, what is your favourite part of the job? Getting everything in order to allow our accounts to work

And what would you say is the most challenging aspect of your job? Getting everything in order to allow our accounts to work

What do you look forward to when you come into work in the morning? The whole office environment โ€“ it is a great bunch of people to work with

What has working in this industry taught you? Thank people, donโ€™t place blame and sort things out!

How does this job differ from previous jobs? It is much more hands on. I get to be involved in all aspects.

How do you feel about the future of customer service communications and how this could affect your team and job role? I think people will always want to talk through a problem, but the social media aspect will become more and more important

What would you say to someone entering into a role in customer communication? It is a great place to make a career, fast paced and progressive.

What do you get up to when you are not in the office? I am a rock god playing in my band Cool Remedy and we were officially voted the coolest rock band in Suffolk – by the members of the band. We have had a recording played on BBC Radio – okay Radio Suffolk ๐Ÿ™‚
