What does your job entail day to day: Answering calls, checking stats, training, call monitoring, updating the team spread sheet, liaising with client emails and campaign training.

What is your favourite part of the job: Taking large donations and gift aids knowing this is helping the charities we work with.

Most challenging aspect of the job: Dealing with complaints!

Tell us a funny story: I won best-dressed lady at the Christmas party and Christian drank the bottle of champagne I won and I STILL haven’t seen a replacement!!

What do you look forward to when you come into work in the morning? Getting a 100.00% feedback from the client.

What has working in this industry taught you? That I like helping people, the public as well as work mates. I like working as a team and helping people in training and with work related or personal problems. I get called Mum by so many younger advisors 🙂

How does this job differ from previous jobs? That I only have to speak to them not clean up their mess or take their blood or urine.

How do you feel about the future of customer service communications and how this could affect your team and job role? All very positive with this company at the moment and the Yonder brand. The future looks bright!

What would you say to someone entering into a role in customer communication? Have patience and tolerance it’s a great job!
