Expansion plans as Ansaback purchases their building

On 1st July 2013 the parent company of Ansaback call centre, IPPLUS PLC, completed on the purchase of the building where the call centre is located at Melford Court, Ransomes Europark, Ipswich.

Ansaback has occupied the entire ground floor of this building since May 2000 but due to continued growth it was at a stage where more space was required. The purchase of the entire building provides the new space required, the entire upper floor of the building, which doubles the capacity of the current contact centre.

Head of Sales Toni Vincent-Panich commented “It is a very exciting time for Ansaback, in line with our growth plans we have the capacity to further develop and significantly grow our call centre operation. We also have the opportunity to secure larger contracts that require more seats, contracts which we previously would not have been able to fulfil without moving to new premises. It allows us to continue to provide all of our 24/7 contact centre services from under one roof. It is a fantastic building in a great location for us and we are genuinely excited about the opportunities this brings us”.
