We take many things into consideration when selecting employees for this award and are keen to acknowledge an individual’s vital contributions to our ongoing success.
We reward advisors who have shown consistency and also an improvement in several fields that their job covers, including quality of call taking and meeting sales conversion targets.
With many different roles available to advisors in the Call Centre environment, progress and productivity are closely monitored and rewarded. We would also consider attendance, punctuality and the positive attitude of the advisor, especially if they have assisted us by working extra hours or providing holiday cover if needed.
