Education and learning at UK call centre Ansaback!

We are pleased to announce that 7 of our agents have successfully completed Customer Services Level 2 NVQ and 3 supervisors have completed Team Leader and Leadership Level 2 NVQ.

It all had to go through a series of projects and assignments including a presentation piece.

Admittedly, this is the first time that IP PLUS PLC and Ansaback have offered the chance for employees to work towards an NVQ and it is something that we will continue to do and develop.

Having overseen the group through this learning process, we are very proud of each and every one of them and their accomplishments.
