To give you unshakable peace of mind, Ansaback maintains three independent UK facilities, each designed with maximum resilience in mind when delivering telephony IT services. Alongside our main Ipswitch call centre and head office, we have a separate and secure disaster recovery office which is specialised to deal with emergency situations, and a fully equipped and linked satellite administration office. We have supplied each of our offices with everything we need to keep your business operations running smoothly in the event of a disaster. Our state-of-the-art technology has been carefully constructed to offer multiple levels of redundancy and backup to cover all eventualities. Ansaback has a full complement of disaster-proof IT services, including:

  • 150 lines via 5 x 30 ISDN (4 x 30 ISDN 30 lines at IP3 + 1 x 30 ISDN 30 lines at IP5, on separate exchanges for added resilience)
  • 3000 Direct Dialler Identification numbers
  • 100 Mb Virgin internet feed
  • 100 Mb BT feed (via our disaster recovery facility)
  • 1G LAN between our main contact centre and disaster recovery facilities
  • 2 Mb BT feeds at both our primary and disaster recovery facility
  • 2 x InIn VoIP multi-function enabled switches. One at Ipswich and live backup in Martlesham for resilience. (The phone switch is capable of handling up to 5000 separate agents.)
  • 2 x InIn gateways
  • Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) in all adviser pods to allow call handling to continue during any power surges or failures for up to 30 minutes
  • UPS in server and communications rooms for up to 30 minutes power supply and system protection from power surges
  • Dedicated generators at both Ipswich and Martlesham offices to provide backup if power is out for longer durations.
