Call Centre Agents of the month – November 2010

At Ansaback we like to reward our staff for all of their continuous commitment and hard work shown to the company and that’s why, with this in mind, every month our UK call centre team leaders nominate the best performing call handling agents for the ‘Call Centre Agent of the Month Award’.

This award is judged on many factors such as their overall telephone answering skills, best adherence to schedule and their general attitude to going above and beyond the call of duty. The call centre agent of the month award gives our agents well deserved recognition for their work at Ansaback, furthermore the cash incentive shows them our extreme gratitude.
