Call Centre Agent of the Month

It is the first day of August (although you wouldn’t believe looking at the weather) and as always it is that time to announce the Ansaback Call Centre Agent of the Month. We should really change the title to ‘Call Centre Agents of the Month’ as it is becoming more and more common that two of our experienced call handling agents win and July was no different.

Ben Harris and Matthew Button have both been chosen to work on the dedicated desks campaigns we currently have running in our 24/7 contact centre, where their roles are to take calls for specific clients instead of the bureau environment where the agents take calls for an array of different clients.

Call centre managers have commented on Matthews overall quality stating it is ‘outstanding’ and are very proud of his efforts on the dedicated desk. Ben works on one of our DRTV dedicated desks and has been commended for the excellence of his customer service abilities. Call centre managers stated he is a brilliant asset to the dedicated team. We would like to thank both Matthew Button and Ben Harris for their continued efforts to help Ansaback become the leading provider of outsourced call handling solutions.
