The Marketing Team for IPPlus recently held a Social Media workshop for all back office staff at Ansaback and sister companies PCI-PAL and CallScripter. The aim of the session was to enlighten and educate staff on the benefits of using social media in a business capacity; how to promote the company across all platforms and also demonstrate how not to use it!
Live demos showing staff how to create tweets on Twitter, like posts on Facebook and send snaps on Snapchat made for a fun, interactive session with many people signing up for additional one–to–one tutorials or small group workshops to further brush up on their skills.
Ansaback is moving into the omni channel space with the contact centre now providing social media monitoring services to our clients. Omni channel communications adds value to our interaction packages and broadens the horizon of our existing client’s customer engagement. This workshop not only helped inform our staff and raise awareness of our expanding service range, but also encouraged them to really think about how they support and promote the great company they work for!
