Ansaback 24/7 call centre based in Ipswich, Suffolk has raised over £1,074 for the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA).
Each year Ansaback nominates a charity to raise money for/support. Fundraising is done in several ways, from dress down days, cake stalls, raffles and various other events throughout they year.
Ansaback chose the East Anglian Air Ambulance as it is a fantastic charity that offer a 365 day-a-year emergency service across Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire.
EAAA have two air ambulances and on average fly 4-5 missions every day. The journey by air to the nearest A&E department takes no more than 13 minutes from anywhere in the region. The high levels of emergency training undertaken by their doctors and paramedics combined with the speed of their arrival makes the EEAA a real life saver. Since the service began in 2000 they have attended over 10,000 incidents and touched the lives of many thousands of people.
Ansaback were extremely pleased to be able to present EAAA with the cheque for £1,074.65 (see picture below):
