The company says that with with this continued growth and the extensive range of services they are able to offer the telecoms industry, the launch of Fault Solutions 365 reflects these specific call handling solutions.
Fault Solutions 365 can offer call handling solutions for line faults, broadband faults, mobile faults, PBX/Systems and general customer service calls.
