Ansaback Increases Contact Centre Capacity by 200 Seats

24/7/365 Contact Centre Expands Operations for New Business and Longer Term Growth Ipswich, Suffolk – 15 October, 2013 – Against a back-drop of harsh economic conditions and where every business is looking to achieve more with less, Ipswich-based Ansaback continues to grow and be a UK success story in the outsource contact centre world. Part of AIM listed IPPLUS PLC, Ansaback has continued to win significant contracts that need extra staff and working capacity; to facilitate this and future needs, Ansaback has purchased the freehold of its current base and increased capacity by over 200 seats. This additional capacity will help secure its future as a market leader in delivering excellent customer experiences on behalf of its clients. New contracts and organic growth with existing clients has prompted immediate recruitment of 75 new employees. The additional space now available more than doubles the current capacity for the existing team of 175 call handling agents and a further 350 retained agents. IPPlus PLC publicly announced the purchase of the building where they had previously been tenants on 1st of July 2013.
