Ansaback, a 24-hour call centre, have an ongoing employee of the month award. This is awarded on the premise of thanking our call centre agents for all of their hard work and commitment to the company.
Every month, Ansaback team leaders nominate the best performing call handling agents for the ‘‘Call Centre Agent of the Month Award’. This month, Emily Cotton and Nicola Merry are the lucky recipients of the award.
Emily consistently works to a high standard, providing excellent customer service on all of her calls. She is willing to work in all departments of our UK call centre without quibble or question, and we at Ansaback thank her for this.
Nicola has recently taken on a new role within the 24/7 call centre, and she did this with such enthusiasm and optimism that we believe she deserves recognition for her work within the company.
