ISO 9001 is a family of standards related to quality management systems and designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers, shareholders and employees. The certification of compliance with ISO 9001 recognizes that the policies, practices and procedures of our company ensure consistent quality in the services and work product we provide to our customers. ISO 14001 is the internationally recognised standard for the environmental management of businesses. It prescribes controls for those activities that have an effect on the environment. These include the use of natural resources, handling and treatment of waste and energy consumption. ISO highlights the professional services we provide to our clients reflected in our internal processes, procedures and culture within our business. The accreditations represent a process of continual improvement for our business.
