What a great year 2012 has been for Ansaback’s telecoms division – Fault Solutions 365! The dedication and commitment from all the team, in particular, the telecoms call center agents has seen the continual growth in the division, so we are now supporting over 100 telecoms providers and ISP’s.
New technology and products within the telecoms industry mean we have to keep developing the service, so we can give our customers the right solutions. This is a continuous challenge for an outsourced call center provide, but the hard work from Georgina Gray, our account manager, and Carla Thomas, our telecoms supervisor means we are the number 1 choice for telecoms providers wanting to our source their 24/7 faults and support desks.
