Last month saw another great milestone achieved.
Amy Prime, one of our 24/7 call handling agents as well as a member of training team, handled Ansaback’s 18th Millionth call. The great achievement pays testament to our abilities in providing cost effective call handling solutions to clients across the world. We could not have asked for a better agent to handle the momentous call as Amy Prime has been a member of Ansaback for many years now. Amy was given the opportunity to become a trainer as a result of her call handling abilities, her communications skills and her passion for the job.
