This service provides you with a donor support line that is available around the clock. We are able to help your supporters with their queries
or questions.
Having a 24/7 telephone team available also allows you to run DRTV and press campaigns, safe in the knowledge that you have a team to handle a
large volume of calls and donations.

Emergency Appeal & Disaster Recovery
Most minor disaster recovery scenarios are resolved quickly, but having a facility set up for us to handle overflow and out of hours could mean

In a similar sense you may be required to respond to a large donor base contacting you in the event of an emergency relating to your charity.

Ansaback have the facilities to produce follow-up mailings for your campaigns. Mailing thank-you letters, information packs, donation forms
and appeal packs off of the back of your tele-fundraising activity.
We can manage the data entry of returned post, be it ad hoc donations by letter or mass returns from a press appeal, cutting the hours that you
have to dedicate to such time consuming tasks.
Outbound Services
Ansaback have strong knowledge of outbound tele-fundraising campaigns. Upgrade, Reactivation, Gift Aid Acquisition, Welcome calls and Enquiry
follow-ups are some of the campaigns that we are able to run for you.
We work with you on the set-up of the campaigns and will advise on factors that have previously worked well in similar appeals. We can add
value to your existing campaigns or provide a competition element for your existing suppliers to boost targets.
